Step into the world of Heather Rae Bennett, a seasoned massage therapist with over 30 years of expertise in the art of healing touch. From her early days as a Marine Biology major with a passion for sports to teaching at the Institute for Natural Therapeutics in Arizona, Heather's journey is a testament to her commitment to wellness.

My Story

My name is Heather Rae Bennett and I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 30 years. Before becoming a therapist I attended California Lutheran University and Springfield college, the School of Human Services. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. I majored in Marine Biology and minored in Art and Human Service work. Upon completion of my degree I ended up working at Easter Seals in NH where I worked with kids in the group homes and clients at Easter Seals. I realized what I really wanted to do was help people. Not only did I play sports growing up, softball and track and field, I was an Athletic Trainer in high school and college.

In college I learned sports massage and it sparked my interest. I decided to go to Massage School.

I attended a 2 year, 1200 hour massage program in Cambridge Massachusetts at the Muscular Therapy institute. I have always had my own practice since graduating. I lived in Arizona for the first 4 of these years. I taught Deep Tissue, Massage Lab & Lecture, Sports Massage and Business Planning classes for 31/2 years at the Institute for Natural Therapeutics in Mesa Arizona.

I have also had the wonderful opportunity to work some shifts at some exclusive Resorts and Spas. Camelback Tennis Resort in Scottsdale Arizona. The White Willow Salon in Bedford, NH. The Oasis Spa at the Moorings club and Johns Island Spa here in Vero Beach. I have been trained in many modalities but each Muscular Therapy session with me is exclusively planned to suit your needs based on what you are feeling physically and emotionally the day you come in. Each massage will always feel different each time you come in because your body is different each time.

I work “with” you, not “on” you.
